The room had NOT been cleaned from the previous customer. Was told no housekeeping was available since it was after 5:00 PM. The beds were not made, the towels were wet, the garbage was there AND there was a $10.00 tip left on the nightstand. THEY NEVER SHOULD HAVE RENTED THIS ROOM. Was told I would get a partial refund which has not come. I slept on top of the bedspread fully dressed and used my jacket to keep my head away from the previously used pillow. Disgusting!

We booked a three-night stay at this hotel. This is the worst hotel we ever stayed in. It is run down and many questionable people stay there. We checked in and were assigned a room. The bathroom floor was filthy, the TV did not work and you could see light under the door. In the morning, there was very little water pressure in the shower and the water was scalding hot. We called the front desk to make them aware of this and they sent a repair man around who told me there was no cold water and that they would have to tear the wall out to affect repairs. We asked for another room and were given one. When we were moving into the new room the office called and asked me to come up. When I got there, they informed me that they were charging us an additional $550.00 for our new two-night reservation. When I showed them the copy of the reservation, I had printed off for a three-night stay, they withdrew their request. That night, people checked in to the room next to us at midnight. Other people came and went until 3 AM. They were very loud, a lot of shouting and cursing, loud music, and it appeared that there was a woman "entertaining" the "guests" that were coming and going. At times we could her three or four voices in the room. The smell of marijuana was very strong. The last night, a car pulled in front of our room for 30 minutes with the radio blaring so loud our room was vibrating. If you value your health and safety, do not stay at this hotel.

If you value your health and safety, DO NOT STAY HERE. Not only was the room absolutely filthy, we also witnessed a plethora of illegal activity during the 30 minutes it took us to check-in, bring our stuff to the room and then promptly decide to check out. After requesting a refund for the room that WE DID NOT STAY IN, the manager offered to refund 50% of the cost since the time between our check in and check out was 35 minutes. While I’m sure they are used to having guests stay for this short window of time and “use the room” (you know what I’m saying), it only took us this long to check out because we were waiting for two sets of what we could only assume were sex workers and their johns to check in ahead of us. Absolutely horrific hotel with shady manager and staff. You’d be better to stay in the pristinely clean bathroom of the McDonalds next door.

One of the worst motels I’ve ever stayed in. Chainsmokers right outside the room, sink had big crack in it, sheets were polyester. It didn’t feel safe. The property outside was not maintained - very high grass. Yes it was cheap, but there are other motels which surely are better than this.

The most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed in. They should be ashamed of themselves. It’s a health hazard and a complete disregard for guests. This place should be shut down. Beds are covered in urine. Pillows are drenched in other people’s drool and sweat.
